FROM THE
GROUND UP.

Good work builds on good work. A look at the stages that shape a restoration.

  1. DISCOVER

    Start with the car.

Talk through its condition, its history and what you want from it. An original-style restoration and a car built to drive can call for different decisions.

  2. REBUILD

    Get the foundation right.

Stripping and metalwork reveal what needs attention. Sound panels and careful preparation provide the base for the finished car.

  3. REFINISH

    Bring back the finish.

Preparation, paint and detail work give the body its final appearance. The finish follows the quality of the work beneath it.

  4. REASSEMBLE

    Make it a car again.

Assembly and finishing details bring the separate parts together. Your project’s scope and timing are discussed directly with the shop.

Keep the character. Make the next chapter.

BEFORE WE
GET STARTED.

What should I have ready before calling?

Your vehicle’s year, make and model, a description of its condition, and the work you’d like to discuss. Mention whether it runs and drives or is already disassembled.

How much does a restoration cost?

Condition, missing parts and the desired result all affect the scope. The shop needs to discuss the car before giving project-specific guidance. This website does not provide instant estimates.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on the work required, parts and shop availability. Call Twin Brooks to discuss the project and current scheduling.

Can I send a project request through this site?

This is an independent website concept. The brief tool only prepares notes in your browser; it does not send them. Contact Twin Brooks directly by phone to discuss a real project.
